Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account page. Your access continues through the end of the billing period.
Do you have a student or family discount?
Not yet. We're a small team and prioritise keeping prices low for individual learners over building a discount program.
Refund policy?
Refunds are not yet available during the waitlist phase. The day subscriptions open, the standard 7-day refund window applies — billing@karunattu.com.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Prorated to the day.
Do you store my audio?
No. Audio is processed per frame for pitch detection and immediately discarded. We don't have a recording feature.
